Terms and Conditions: 

All Sales Final. All items from Bespoke Creations are custom decorated. Therefore as a general policy there are not refunds, or exchanges unless the product has a material defect. 

Order Approval: The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the design, spelling, shirt sizes, quantities, and details prior to production. Once approved, the client assumes responsibility for any errors not identified at the approval stage.

Production Timeline: Project will be completed on or before agreed upon date between Bespoke Creationd and customer. Delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers and do not are outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. 

Materials & Production Variations: Due to the nature of custom production, minor variations in color, placement, sizing, or finish may occur and are considered normal, not defects.

Claims: Any claims regarding material defects must be reported within 5 business days of delivery or pickup of order. Bespoke Creations reserves the right to inspect the item and determine whether the issue resulted from a manufacturing defect or production error. Bespoke Creations will determine the apprpropriate remedy which may include repair or replacement of the affected item(s). Refunds are issued only at the sole discretion of Bespoke Creations. 

Agreement: By submitting payment the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
